To access GCI's Employee Intranet, complete and submit this form. You will receive notification within one business day at the email address you enter below, when your username and password have been activated. If you have questions, contact Human Resources.

Enter first name the same as it appears in Employee Self Service.
Enter last name without suffix (Smith, Jr. = Smith). If hyphenated, use last half of name (Smith-Jones = Jones).
Your Employee ID number is on your Employee ID.
Use this format: xx/xx/xxxx
Work or personal email address.
Please re-enter to confirm address.
You may use up to 15 characters. When your user account has been activated, you must enter your username & password to log in.
Should be at least 6 characters and include at least 1 letter and 1 number.
