Warranty & Service

GCI will repair or replace, at its exclusive option, any GCI product that is determined to be defective in materials or workmanship, according to the following schedules. The warranty period begins on the date of the original order invoice. In the event that the customer cannot provide documentation of the original invoice date, the date of manufacture indicated on the tag affixed to the product will be used. GCI will be the sole judge in determining whether a product is defective. GCI makes no other express or implied warranty regarding any product it manufactures.

Lost Keys: Replacement keys will be mailed to customer upon request, for a charge of $10.00 each. In the event that a Field Service Representative is required to re-key a lock or open a lock because of lost keys, there will be a charge of $30 for the service call, plus the cost of any parts required.
