Warranty – Partner-Provided Components:   GCI will facilitate warranty claims to a manufacturer for partner provided components. Warranty Returns:  GCI will repair or replace any GCI product that is determined to be defective in materials or workmanship. GCI will accept a return only if a Return Authorization (RA) is granted prior to shipping and is securely attached to the outside of the package. Returns of Unwanted Items:   GCI does not accept the return of items that are made-to-order/custom. GCI may accept returns for standard stock items that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. A Return Authorization (RA) is required for any returned items. If granted, the customer is responsible for all freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Freight & Installation Damage:  GCI may replace or repair items damaged during shipping or installation. Damage must be documented and reported to GCI within three (3) business days from delivery. Lost Keys:  Replacement keys are $15.00 each and can be mailed to the customer upon request. Service calls to replace or repair locks will include costs for labor and materials.
